The Medway Hope Project is a lottery funded project set up to provide peer support and activity groups for local communities in Medway as well as a Volunteer Ambassador scheme to make sure that everyone gets access to the support they need.

This electrifying show challenges the urgent stigma around mental health and encourages the audience to take ownership over their own black dogs whilst channeling infectious dance moves, swagger-boss costumes and banging tunes!
