A dancer performs at a Lyrici event

Event Details

‘We Dance, We Work, We Sing’ is a one-woman show by Ayesha Casely-Hayford, an actress from Strood in Medway, which is inspired by her grandmothers from Ghana. The story is told in the voices of three West African women speaking about their life and sharing their thoughts.

Join us for a 30-minute scratch performance of the show followed by a Q& A with writer and actress Ayesha Casely-Hayford and director Colin Watkeys. This scratch theatre performance was originally developed at The Face To Face Festival.
