Join the Lyrici Arts team as our programme manager!

Lyrici Arts is looking for a highly organised and efficient individual to join the team in the newly created post of Programme Manager. 

You’ll be joining Lyrici Arts at an important time in our National Portfolio Organisation journey and will be an integral part of our team, responsible for leading the creation and implementation of innovative arts and cultural programmes in Medway.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with Arts Council funding, ideally with an experience of working for an NPO (National Portfolio Organisation), to ensure we deliver our activity plans and investment principles plans, achieve targets, and deliver high quality Black-led programming, artist development opportunities and effective community engagement.   

Job Overview

Job title: Programme Manager
Reports to: The Co-Directors (Keely Augustus & Clara Augustus)
Contract: Permanent. Fixed from July/August 2024 to March 2026 / March 2027
Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 per year dependant on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Thursday) with Fridays, evening and weekend work required on occasion.
Location: Hybrid and Flexible working from home and our co-working office space at Dragon Co-working in Chatham. This role requires at least one day a week to be in the office.
Holiday: 25 days per annum pro rata, rising by one day for each full financial year worked to a maximum of 30 pro rata. This includes 8 bank holidays per year, pro-rata for part-time staff. Discretionary additional days over Christmas for a two-week office shutdown. 
Start date: As soon as possible, but no later than 1st August 2024
