Lyrici means: ‘Of Literature, art or music..expressing the writer’s emotions in an imaginative and beautiful way.’

We are a Black led theatre company in Kent. We write, direct, create, and produce. And we do all of this with the communities and creatives of Medway.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to express their emotions, in ways that are creative, elegant, brilliant and bold. We seek to celebrate the beauty of experiences and cultures through stories and theatre. We believe in kindness and act with compassion and empathy with everyone we work with. We extend this kindness to people from all backgrounds and walks of life, and seek to champion diversity and inclusion in everything we do.
